Once your order has been confirmed, it will be packed and shipped from the nearest fulfilment centre.
Because our products ship in multiple boxes, and each box is handled as a separate consignment by our carriers, you may receive several tracking notifications and deliveries.

Simply enter your order number (for example, US2797, without “US#”) and your shipping zip code to see:
Which boxes have been shipped or delivered
Tracking links for each carrier consignment
Estimated delivery timeframes
Which boxes are still on the way
📦 Why boxes arrive separately
Our fulfilment partners and carriers treat each box as its own consignment for safer, faster shipping.
This means your order may arrive in multiple deliveries over several days.
Don’t worry — the tracking portal shows live updates for every box so you can easily check when all have arrived.

If it’s been less than 10 business days since your first box was shipped, please allow a little extra time for the remaining boxes to be delivered.
